• What is "Buyer Steering" ?

 

Some states require that a Realtor advise his/her client of the commission being paid on properties shown and if there are any special Seller or brokerage incentives offered to the agent to get the property sold. If an agent only shows properties with high commission or properties that are listed buy his/her brokerage .... this is Buyer Steering.

Not showing ALL the properties that meet the Buyers criteria is BUYER STEERING.
