Who is an Exclusive Buyer Agent (EBA)?

The SHORT ANSWER IS... Exclusive Buyer Agents work exclusively for Buyers in Buyer ONLY Brokerages.

In order for a Florida real estate licensee to be an Exclusive Buyer Agent they must be an agent of a Buyer Brokerage. The Buyer Brokerage does NOT accept listings or represent Sellers in any capacity. Exclusive Buyer Agents represent the Buyers interest as a Single Agent, providing the Buyer Client fiduciary representation, 100% loyalty, total confidentiality, complete transparency and full disclosure on ALL properties.

"Exclusive Buyer Representation - Also called Exclusive Buyer Agency, is the practice of representing only buyers, never sellers in a transaction. The company (brokerage) never lists a seller's property and thus never has a seller as a client."
